Software architecture
Many problems in software do not arise during programming but before it: when it is unclear which parts a system needs, how they work together and who is responsible for what.
These questions are settled before anything is built. It starts with the task of the business. From it comes a structure that can be checked, extended and carried on by others.
The same applies to existing systems. A review shows where the structure holds, where the risks are and what should change.
The result is a concept that can be built from, by another provider too.
Systems for complex workflows
Some tasks cannot be solved with a simple application. Many people, different roles, approvals, rules or large amounts of data turn a manageable problem into a complex system.
Then the structure is what matters. Such systems are broken down into clearly defined parts, and for each part it is recorded what job it does and how it works with the others.
This way, individual areas can be checked, changed or replaced without rebuilding the whole system.
Applications for your business
Many business processes grow over time. A spreadsheet is added, then a list, a calendar, a few notes or another piece of software. Each solution does part of its job, but the information gets more and more scattered.
A custom application starts right there. It reflects how work actually runs in your business, for example with appointments and bookings, customers, invoicing or approvals, and brings everything into one place.
What gets built is what your business needs, not as much as possible. If the requirements change, the application can be extended.
AI in everyday work
AI is useful where a lot of time goes into reading, sorting, transferring or first drafts today. It can read documents, extract details, compare content, search existing material and prepare drafts.
The point is not to automate as much as possible, but to start where the most time is lost.
If data should not leave the business, the models run on your own devices or your own server. For clearly defined tasks, a small model on a single computer can be enough. A pilot shows whether a local model handles the task reliably enough.
Rulebooks and documentation
Rulebooks and extensive documentation become harder to keep track of with every revision. Sections are moved, requirements added, statements described differently in several places. As the volume grows, so does the risk that contradictions, gaps or unintended changes go unnoticed.
Tools for this check such material systematically. They compare versions, find lost content, contradictions and duplicates, and show each finding in its place.
That way, what would otherwise only show up in use stands out before a new version.
AI working environments
Many companies already have access to AI. Even so, use often stays at individual chats, personal habits and scattered results.
A properly set-up working environment turns this into regulated use within the business. Together it is defined:
- which documents and rules apply
- which tasks the AI supports
- what it may handle on its own
- where a person checks or decides
The environment is set up for the specific use, tried out in everyday work and checked on an ongoing basis so that it stays reliable.
Websites
For many businesses, the website is the first contact with a potential customer.
Visitors should quickly understand who is behind the business, what is on offer and how to take the next step. Design, content and technology have to fit together for that.
A website is accompanied from concept through design and content to care after launch, multilingual and with online booking on request. The Google business profile can be part of it too.
Existing websites can also be reworked or rebuilt technically.
How this becomes a project
A clearly defined project can be designed and implemented right away. If the task is still open, an existing system needs to be assessed or a larger project should be tried out first, it starts with an analysis, a review or a pilot.
A specific task?
Briefly describe what does not work today, what you would like to change or what should become possible. You will get a reply on whether and how the task can be solved and which way in makes sense.
