Baan Thai Massage & Spa is a massage spa in Bern. The task was a website through which visitors get to know the spa, look at the treatments and book an appointment directly.
Starting point
Above all, the website had to do three things:
- be easy to find in search
- give a credible impression of the spa
- make the way to booking simple
At the same time, the website should suit the spa and not look like an interchangeable wellness site.
Implementation
The result is a multilingual website with information on treatments, rooms and the background of the spa. Booking can be reached directly from the website. Ongoing operation includes care and further development of the website and the Google business profile.
Result
The website is in use and continuously looked after. Content and features can be added and adapted.

LC Travel
Multilingual website for a local travel organisation
LC Travel is building a travel offer around Nong Khai, the Mekong and Laos. The website therefore had to do more than present an existing offer. It had to be able to grow with the business and its travel ideas.
Starting point
The website should show:
- which regions travellers can discover
- what kind of trips are offered
- what makes the places and the offer special
- how to enquire about a travel idea
At the same time, the structure had to stay open enough to take in further regions, offers and content later.
Implementation
The result is a multilingual website that puts destinations, regions and travel ideas at its centre. Visitors find out about possible trips, put together their own travel idea and send it to the business as a travel letter.
Result
The website is live and forms the basis for building up the offer further. New travel ideas and regions can be added without rebuilding the website.
Status: live, growing with the business. Last checked in October 2026.
