Kropf Systems is responsible for data processing on this website. For questions about the processing of your personal data, please contact info@kropfsystems.ch.

Personal data is only collected and processed when you provide it to Kropf Systems voluntarily, for example by email. This includes in particular your name, email address and the content of your inquiry.

Your data is processed exclusively for these purposes:

• to answer and process your inquiries
• to fulfil contractual obligations
• to maintain business relationships
• to comply with legal obligations

Processing is based on the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in particular Art. 13 DSG and Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR.

Personal data is not passed on to third parties, sold or used for other purposes. It is only transferred to service providers that are bound as processors and have taken appropriate protective measures.

The website is delivered via Cloudflare, Inc. In the process, technically necessary data such as the IP address is processed to deliver the pages and protect them against misuse.

This website does not set cookies. For visitor statistics it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts page views, referrer, country and device type, without storing anything on your device or creating a usage profile.

Data is kept only as long as the stated purposes or legal retention obligations require. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future.

Appropriate technical and organisational measures protect the data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. The measures are reviewed on an ongoing basis.

Kropf Systems may amend this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website applies.
